Tennant & Russell Matches HP & HIFLEX

(Jacksonville, FL) - Tennant & Russell, LLC, a consulting company specializing in strategic moves for software companies within the printing industry, announced that Hiflex Software GesmbH, its client, was acquired by Hewlett Packard Company (HP), the world’s largest technology company. HIFLEX is a provider of Web-to-Print (W2P) and ERP/MIS software focused on the printing industry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
