Tennant & Russell Matches EFI & Metrix

(Jacksonville, FL) - Tennant & Russell, LLC, a consulting company specializing in strategic moves for software companies within the printing industry, announced this morning the acquisition of Metrix, its client, by Electronics For Imaging, Inc., a world leader in customer-focused digital printing innovation.

Metrix, based in Edmonds, WA, is a leader in automated print planning and imposition technology. While financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, it is not expected to be material to EFI's Q4 or full-year 2013 results. The Metrix team has joined EFI, including CEO and founder Rohan Holt, who is now Director of EFI Metrix products.

Holt also spoke highly of Tennant & Russell.
